Life coaching is a great way to help you reach your goals, change direction or just find some acceptance. Whatever it is I can work with you. Through my coaching I have helped with, anxiety, work/life balance, menopause, confidence and learning how to say 'no', ooh this is something that has come up with a lot of my clients and it’s something we don’t always do enough of. Being able to say ‘no’ is incredibly powerful. How many times have you agreed to something that you don’t want to do? By saying ‘no’ you are putting yourself first, and actually its OK to say ‘no’ try it today, try saying it out loud and see how it feels.

Do get in touch, it doesn’t cost a thing to ask a question or find out more. I don't have a magic wand, I won't make you into a completely different person, you're pretty amazing already! But I will help you work on you.

So how does it work?

I offer Zoom, indoor and outdoor sessions. Outdoor sessions will take place at an agreed location and can be done sitting down or walking and talking. All sessions are 1 hour with a free 1 hour initial assessment.

How many sessions is up to you as is the frequency of the sessions.
All sessions are structured around you and the focus of every session is on you. I will offer you a safe space, a new perspective, a good sense of humour and help you see a different mindset. I am a great listener and I love to think outside the box so I will offer you a creative approach. I wont judge, interrupt or give you my opinion.
But sometimes its not about the big changes, its the small things, the things that have been overlooked. Maybe you don't want to make big life changes, maybe you just need to find some acceptance or let go of some stuff or maybe you just need to offload. Whatever it is this is your time and space to focus on you.
